The place my father opened in Kuşadası in 1975 is remembered as the region's first cafe-bar restaurant. Over the years it grew into a way of living that blends the sincere line of Aegean cooking with the calm of the sea and the generosity of nature.
Today, as the second generation, I carry this precious heritage forward with my own perspective and the inspiration I draw from the past. Those who came here with their families as children now sit at the same tables with children of their own.
